Buyers - What do I have to offer?

 

  • Get you Pre-Qualified! Nothing impresses a seller more than knowing a prospective buyer can meet the qualifications to purchase their property. I can helped you in the pre-qualification process.

  • Show you everything! My listings are important to me, but getting you the RIGHT property is primary!  I have access to thousands of properties in our area whether they are my listings or not.  I'll even work with F(for) S(sale) B(by) O(owners) to help you get into the right property!

  • KEEP YOU INFORMED! It's MY JOB to make sure you understand the contract and are aware of upcoming dates (like the Property Inspection, Loan Commitment, Title deadline, etc) that lead to a Closing.

  • Get help. Consider hiring a REALTORŪ as a buyer's representative. Unlike a listing agent, whose first duty is to the seller, a buyer's representative is working only for you. And often, buyer's reps are paid out of the seller's commission payment.
