Home Evaluation

  A home evaluation is a report that is prepared by a real estate agent which compares your property to similar properties on the market. Included in the report will be homes currently for sale and possibly For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and homes recently sold of public record and FSBO. It is NOT an appraisal, merely an estimate of value based on features and condition of your home compared to other homes in your area.

  I offer a free home evaluation so you can find out how much your home may be worth in today's real estate market. Please provide me with information about the property you are wanting to sell (address, style, number of beds/baths, whether the basement -if it has one- is finished or not, etc), and I will prepare you a report and make myself available to review the report with you in person at your convenience and answer any questions you may have.

Marketing Your Home

Finding a buyer for your home requires much more than just an ad in the newspaper and a “For Sale” sign in the yard. My marketing system includes the latest in both tools and technologies.

First off, there are many Internet Marketing sites for people to find YOUR home, and I use many of them. I also do cover the area with both classifieds and some display ads that rotate through out the southern Colorado areas.
