I can assist you in finding a lender

Pre-Qualifying

This is a very first step you should make in your search for a home. First off, you want to KNOW how much of a home you can afford, and secondly you want the seller to KNOW you are qualified to purchase the home when you make your offer.

The best way to do this is to visit with a few lenders. Here's some of the things they will need from you when you come in:

  • Your last 2 year's tax returns.

  • The last 3 months bank statements.

  • Your most recent last to pay stubs from your employer or, if you are self-employed, an up-to-date profit & loss statement.

  • A list of all monthly and yearly obligations (such as car payments, credit card payments, child support, loans of any sort, etc).

  • 2 forms of Identification

If you want to know what the monthly obligation on any particular loan would be, try using this calculator to get an estimate of what that would be. If you need help on it -GIVE ME A CALL!
